How To Get To The Cerulean Coast in Elden Ring DLC?

You’ll find the Cerulean Coast in the southern region of the Shadow Realm in the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. This section of the map is accessible from the get-go, although reaching it there isn’t exactly a walk in the park. You might be able to see it on the map, but getting there is another story.

Start at the Castle Front Site of Grace, heading south along the Ellac River after passing through the Ellac River Cave. Continue down South until you find a Furnace Golem East of which should be a passage in the mountain leading towards the Ceruealn Coast.

Map to Cerulean Coast

Your journey to the Cerulean Coast in Shadow of the Erdtree is going to take you through caves that run along the Ellac River. The easiest way to get there is to start at Castle Front Site of Grace. Head southeast from the site of grace and continue along the path.

You should see many enemies along the way but you can run past them easily if you are riding on your Torrent. Once you see a green swamp just past a slight drop, hug the left side and continue along the path.

You should see a small pond with the giant crab monster ahead. Drop down and take a left. Right in front of you should be the entrance to a cave.

Cave Entrance

Walk inside and take a left. The path is linear so there shouldn’t be any problems. Just keep walking until you reach the Ellac River Site of Grace. It is a good idea to rest and grab the fast travel point for later use.

Once you are out in the open area, stick to the left and you should see a waterfall with big pillars. It is time to mount on your Torrent and do some double-jump parlors. Use the pillars to get to the bottom of the waterfall.

Pillar Parkour

Once you are all the way down, you should see tons of Deathbirds sitting on top of pillars. You can choose to take them down, but you are seriously outnumbered and will not get out of this battle unscathed.

First, take a left and then stick to the right side. You should come up to another drop with pillars. Rinse and repeat until you reach the bottom. Right in front of you should be another checkpoint – Ellac River Downstream Site of Grace.

Continue your journey and right ahead of another waterfall should be a slight drop. Parkour using Torrent and there should be a giant rock bridge to your left. Use that to get to the other side.

Rock Bridge

Continue straight ahead. You should reach a stream of water. Now, in front of you are going to be two enemies: a Giant Crab and a Furnace Golem. You can take both of them down or run past them like you have up to this point.

Furnace Golem

If you haven’t come across a Furnace Golem until now, you should know that they are not easy to take down. If you aren’t properly prepared for the battle, it is best to avoid it. Run through the forest along the right side of the river.

Keep going right, and you should see a giant passage through the rocks. Just beyond that, you should see the purple wonderland, a.k.a Cerulean Coast.
