One of the biggest problems with Jeff the Land Shark is it takes quite a long time to reload. There are two separate abilities that require reloading; Joyful Splash and Aqua Burst. Managing these two abilities and their reload might take away precious time for you to pull off major plays.
However, you don’t actually have to wait for this whole ammunition animation for the ammo to replenish. All you have to do is wait for him to eat the fish and listen to the loud chomping sound that follows. It is a very distinct sound so you can miss it. You can hear it when the reloading icon is around 60% full.
Right when you hear that sound, quickly activate the Hide and Seek ability to jump into the ground and cancel the rest of the reload animation.
