So, let’s get down to the 10 best vendors in Fallout 4 that offer unique weapons and armor. Let’s get right into it.
For the next vendor in Fallout 4, we have Deb. You can find Deb over at Bunker Hill. To be a bit more specific, Deb will be found right along Cricket in the Market Section of Bunker Hill. She’s bound to always have useful items in stock like Fiberglass, Lead, Gold, and Crystal which are key components to revamp your power armor and allow for future weapon upgrades.
But that’s just the tip of the iceberg because Deb’s got some peculiar armor pieces to improve your overall defense stats. Deb sells items like the Black Ops Chest Piece and Right Shin Guard, Destroyer’s Left Hand, and the Wastelander’s friend which is a pistol that can deal an extra 50 percent damage to the enemy’s limbs.
As soon as you meet up with the Railroad and join their faction, you’ll link up with Tinker Tom. Tinker Tom is found at the Railroad’s HQ and offers you MILA missions. Complete all of his missions to gain access to the most powerful weapons in the game.
You’ll gain access to weapons the likes of the Gauss Rifle as well as unique armor pieces. But that’s not all, if you have a thing for Stealth Boys, then he’s your guy.
As you make your way into Far Harbor, you’ll be introduced to Allen Lee who is the first vendor you’ll meet in this region. He has the usual items and basic essentials that all vendors have. You’ll see some basic stock weapon offerings, resources, gear, and items here and there.
You’ll also find some exclusive DLC items. But Allen Lee’s got one fancy weapon up his sleeve that is bound to pique your interest. Allen has a weapon in stock by the name of the Admiral’s Friend, which is a legendary harpoon gun. Allen also has the fancy fish catcher available for the Far Harbor DLC that comes equipped with the V.A.T.S enhanced legendary effect.
The gun has a peculiar status effect that outputs a ton of damage to enemy players. The instigating effect deals around twice the damage if the enemy is at full health.
She is one of the more unusual vendors on the list. She’s a wandering vendor so you’ll find her in different locations in addition to her base in Bunker Hill. Occasionally, you’ll find her in the Southern Region of the map. You can find Cricket and her caravan outside Vault 81, Diamond City and the Warwick homestead.
About Cricket, she’s a pretty heavy chem user and tends to act weird but on the bright side, she does sell some pretty interesting items. One, in particular, is the Pray n’ Spray Legendary Weapon. If you want to clear a horde of enemies in a single go, then your best bet is the Pray n’ Spray so make sure to collect enough caps.
This robot is again an unusual vendor on the list. She’s a female assault robot that you’ll come across in Goodneighbor. When hacked into her terminal, it’s found that she’s adamant about killing the residents of Goodneighbor and the neighborhood watch but asides from that, she’s got some decent weapons on hand.
You can pretty much get your hands on items like the Devestator’s Chest Piece and Devestator’s Right Greave. If you’re looking to get your hands on a special missile launcher known as the Partystarter, then she’s got one in stock. You can also choose to steal the Fat Man from her and sell it an infinite number of times.
Make your way to Acadia and you’ll find a merchant there by the name of Cog. He’s a vendor by trade and also a friend of the synth with memory problems, Julie. The most important resource material he’s got in stock is Adhesive which is pretty essential when crafting components and weapons.
But that’s not all he’s got under his sleeve. He also sells the Recon Marine Armor Chest Piece which is a legendary-grade armor piece in Fallout 4. Cog is found in Acadia in the Far Harbor DLC.
Last but not least is Aaron Corbett who can be found in Nuka World. The enslaved and old merchant sells really high-end gear and weapons which can come in handy, especially if you’re below level 30.
Aaron sells some pretty powerful weapons and ammo including the handmade rifle, the Plasma Gun, and the Gauss Rifle. He also sells weapons the likes of the Splattercannon which raises damage upon each successive hit, and the handmade rifle. But that’s not all, he’s also got some heavily modified weapons for sale.
To find Alexis, you need to make your way into Vault 81. You’ll find her after taking the elevator to the upper floor. After that, turn a sharp right and you’ll find her shop on the right side. She has a cache of essential resources for crafting weapons mods such as nuclear material, ballistic fiber, and fiber optics.
One thing to note here is that Alexis is the only vendor that sells nuclear material in the base game. If you’re looking for a unique weapon in Vault 81, then Alexis can hook you up with the Overseer’s Guardian Combat Rifle. You can also get your hands on several pieces of the Destoyer’s Armor and the Overseer’s armor from Alexis.
When you step into Diamond City, you’ll find out that Arturo Rodriguez is the city’s go-to weapons dealer & one of Fallout 4’s best vendors. You’ll find him at a gun store called the Commonwealth Weaponry and he’s a pretty seasoned gun enthusiast. It’s pretty easy to find him. He sells some pretty interesting and hard-hitting weapons including multiple variants of weapons such as the Old Faithful, the two-shot Fat Man, and the Big Boy.
But that’s not all, Arturo also sells power armor skeletons, weapons mods, and vital resources like screws and aluminum. He’s your guy if you need some effective weapons early in the game.
After you join the Brotherhood of Steel and board the Prydwen, you’ll meet a vendor by the name of Proctor Teagan. He’s no ordinary vendor as Proctor Teagan has got some interesting armor pieces and weapon attachments for sale. To be specific, he’s got laser weapons mods for weapons the likes of miniguns, missile launchers, and Gatling guns.
As for his armor stock, he’s got the BOS T-60 Power Armor which is a pretty heavy-duty power armor. He also sells regular but unique armor pieces such as the Commando Helmet and the Commando Chest Piece. Proctor Teagan’s also stockpiled with resources such as ballistic fiber, circuitry, oil, and fiber optics which are all extremely important for weapons mods. All of these things make him one of the best vendors in Fallout 4.
