Iridium Bars
You can easily smelt Iridium bars within a furnace. You simply need to combine 5 pieces of Iridium ore with 1 piece of Coal.
Battery Packs
The hardest of the 3 materials that you need to obtain for Willy’s boat is the battery packs. You can create battery packs through lightning rods during thunderstorms or through solar panels after seven days of sunshine. Additionally, you can buy Battery packs from the Travelling Cart. However, to some, that might seem like the less fun option.
Once you have all the materials, you can now return to Willy and carry out the repairs!

Sail to Ginger Island on the Repaired Boat
You would think that all you have to do now is sail to Ginger Island. However, you will have to pay Willy 1,000 gold for each trip to Ginger Island. Which is very steep, especially after he made us work so hard to repair his boat.
