Lost Ark has been a massive hit since its foray into the western world. The game has an insane amount of content thanks to its heavily established development since its initial beta launch back in 2018 in Korea. The game also manages to venture into creative experimentation that is quite distinct from the bland MMORPG genre that sets it apart from the herd.
And like all MMOs, the community truly shines when they are going up against a massive baddy and collectively bringing the threat to a halt. One such boss in Lost Ark is Casrick and he is a world boss that comes back after an interval. How much time does it take for Casrick to respawn?
Unlike other world bosses in Lost Ark which generally spawn around 30 to 45 mins, Casrick takes around 2 hours to spawn back so you might have to wait a while to take him down.

Getting to Casrick
You will find Casrick in the Balankar Mountains located in North Vern. The initial route in North Vern to getting to Casrick is; Port Krona -> Vern Castle -> Rania Village -> Fesnar Highland (for the main quest)-> Rania Village-> Balankar Mountains.
The first time you get to Rania Village there will be some side quests that are in Fesnar Highland, Vernese Forest, and Parna Forest that you can skip if you want to beeline towards Casrick. For this, just complete the main quest marked by a blue icon in Fesnar Highland, and doing so will give you access to the Balankar Mountains through Rania Village.
After reaching Balankar Mountains from Rania Village you won’t have to look far for Casrick as he is right around the corner from where you enter the level. As pointed out in the picture above you can see the close proximity of this world boss’s arena from the Rania Village entrance.

Casrick Spawn
Casrick seems to spawn every 2 hours rather than the typical 30 minutes or so for other world bosses. For this reason, you might have to stay vigilant and monitor the chat to see what was the time when other players defeated Casrick recently, try to switch to other channels for a shoe in getting a spawn in other instances. Keep waiting and surely you will face this monstrosity. On a side note, a minority of players have reported that Casrick doesn’t spawn in the given 2-hour window so your experience may vary but generally he is punctual.
It is best that you have aligned some side activities for instance when Casrick is recently defeated so that you may have other things to look forward to while the respawn timer goes down. And be careful of the poison that this boss inflicts as it is quite deadly and might end up killing you even after he has been killed.
