1. Open the designations menu. Press ‘d’.
2. Select ‘n -> Remove Construction.’
Keep in mind that if another creature is standing on a walkable tile that you have scheduled for removal, the dwarf will cancel the deconstruction. But let’s say the dwarf itself is standing on the tile, then deconstruction won’t be canceled.
