Terraria is full of rare items, and it can be hard to find what you are looking for, especially when that item is only found in 1 or 2 areas. It can also be extremely frustrating if the items you are looking for are needed for a special craft you have wanted for a long time.
You can get an Anklet of the Wind from Ivy Chests in Jungle Shrines and Bramble Crates from fishing in the Jungle. You can also rarely find them in Living Mahogany Trees that are found in the Jungle but don’t rely on that because they are not easy to find.

How to get the Anklet of the Wind
As we said before, there are 3 ways to get it. The first way is to go through the Jungle and try to find Jungle Shrines. Once you find them, you will have a 20% chance of finding an Anklet of the Wind. So every 5 chests, you are pretty much guaranteed to find one. This is the best way to find them.
The second way is fishing in the Jungle and getting a Bramble Crate. Be aware that this crate can only be found in Hard Mode, so it is there if you never got one in easy mode. The crate method of getting this item is probably not your best bet, but you can get it if you are lucky.
The third and final way to get it is to find it in a Living Mahogany Tree in the Jungle biome. You will have a 20%chance of finding it in one, but seeing a living tree in the Jungle is rare. If you get one, check immediately because you might just get what you want.
What can you do with it?
You cannot do much with it, but it is insanely good. It gives you a 10% movement increase in the bonus and helps you out a lot when you finally get Hermes boots. If you combine it with an Aglet and some Spectre Boots at the Tinkerer’s Workshop, you will get an insanely good pair of boots that make you faster and allow you to fly with rocket boots.
Other than that, there is not much else it does, but for what it is worth, it is probably one of the most important accessories you can find in the early game. It will be worthwhile if you feel comfortable going to the Jungle early.
If you get multiple, they sell for 1 Gold a piece, so if you don’t need them, they are good items to make some good coins. Ask a friend if they want it beforehand if they are playing in the same world as you.
