Where to Spend Gold Bullions in Fallout 76?
One thing to note here is that as some of these merchants belong to some faction so your standing with that faction will determine the items available to buy. To spend Gold Bullions you need to find the following merchants in Fallout 76:
The Wastelanders storyline will allow you to side with the Raiders and with that Mortimer will be available to trade Gold Bullions with. Although, you can always trade with this Mr. Handy robot-turned-vendor regardless of your choice in the questline.
However, choosing the Raiders will boost your standing with the faction thus opening up more items to buy with the Gold Bullions.
Mortimer is located in the Raider town called the Crater. The town is situated on the north side of the map, west of Prickett’s Fort. He is found in the Crater Core building that leads to the underground section, in the same room where Meg is.
Samuel, the Gold Bullion merchant, is associated with the Foundation faction. He is located in a town called Foundation, south part of the world map.
Depending on your standing with this faction, his inventory of Gold Bullion items will be considerably larger if you are in the faction’s good books.
Within Foundation, Samuel is located at the Spruce Knob Campground. He will be standing right in front of the sign that directs you to the Underground HQ Main Elevator.
Regs is a secret service member who you encounter from the Wastelanders storyline. He becomes a Gold Bullion merchant by the end of the quest. Regs do not require any reputation or faction standing to unlock their inventory. He has some of the best armor and weapon plans to trade.
Regs remain in Vault 79 by the end of the DLC quest. It is located to the east of the Bailey Family Cabin, northeast side of the map. Once you take the elevator down to the underground vault, he will be standing on the left side of the room right next to Slick.
While the previous merchants had a set address, Minerva is a traveling Gold Bullion merchant and can be found in different locations on the map.
Depending on the location she is at, her inventory changes accordingly so make sure to visit her often. She appears only during two events; Minerva’s Emporium and Minerva’s Big Sale.
Minerva can be found in one of three locations; The Crater, Foundation, or Fort Atlas. The Minerva’s Emporium event happens from Monday to Wednesday, and Minerva’s Big Sale, with exclusive discounts, appears from Thursday to Monday.
Gold Bullion can only be spent at select specialized merchants that deal in this particular currency. Some of these merchants do require faction standing to unlock their full list of goodies while others are open from the start. With the holding limit of the currency in place, it is best advised that you try to spend it before hitting that ceiling.
