To move from the upper to the lower side or vice versa, you can make teleporters to get to the desired place quickly. Build them in any area you want, as building things here is all up to you.

After reading the name, you may think about what useful materials or locations can exist here, right? But let us tell you that this place is not totally a waste as you have a unique area to build your base on.
This area is small, and its frontal side looks like a hexagon, and you can build above and below it. There is also a ramp, and by going further, you get to see a big backside area with much more space than in front, and to the right, there is more area for you to use.
Also, the water runs at the back of this building, providing resources for your dinos and other tameable creatures for breeding and nurturing.
4. Desert Waterfalls (78.6-79.3)
The desert locations are mostly boring and dry, but what makes this one distinct and best base location is that there are waterfalls. These waterfalls run in this desert area and have made the surface watery, making it a great place for base construction.
You can build an amazing base on these water surfaces, but you need to know that desert Titan is more likely to spawn here, making this location a bit risky. But if you are a pro and can build a base that can even challenge the Titan,

In the city center, we have this one best location as well. The area is built on a higher surface with a tower base. There is also a waterfall on the lower side, making it look aesthetically pleasing.
This current location is fine and has some palm trees planted on it, maybe that’s why it is called a Palm Platform, and it has a flat surface area. By staying high, you get a better view of your surroundings.

7. Green Ob (51.0-29.0)

9. Snow Crown Cliff (17.1-87.7)
This base location is known as Crown Cliff due to the sharp and spiky structures around the base location. You get a clean even surface in the middle of spikes to build your base. The spikes can also be included when you are constructing your base.
